New normal – Post corona
Note: This event is an abbreviated version of our all-day event that should have taken place on Thursday 16/9, but has now been changed to MCO MediaBrunch instead.
We are facing brighter times in the media industry, but new habits have been created that we cannot get around in our post corona reality. There is a greater focus on work-life balance and more demands for flexibility. The Corona crisis has knocked on doors that might never have been opened if the crisis had not forced us into new ways of leading and collaborating. But what have we learned from the crisis - and what should we take with us? How has productivity fared? What has happened to the cohesiveness of the social and the workplace? And how do we attract and retain talented employees in a post corona reality?
This is exactly what we will address when we invite you to MCO MediaBrunch on Friday 29 October from 08.30-11.00 in the old railway station at Øster stationsvej 33. As always, we start with brunch and network from kl. 08.30.
Get inspired when Bo Kønsskov takes us into the thoughts behind the 4-day work week and tells how to break societal norms and put an end to the story that it is cool to work a lot. Sofie Hvitved takes us into the uncertainties of the future, megatrends and the common language about the future. She will talk about the impact of the Corona pandemic on our future media, communication and the way we work.
Bo Kønsskov is COO and partner in Abtion. He has his roots in communication and design, and uses design thinking in his approach to management. Bo is one of the originators of the idea of a 4-day working week in Abtion and has successfully helped to lead the organization through the great change. He has since given presentations among management groups and employee teams who seek inspiration on how they can work actively with well-being, job satisfaction and productivity at the operational level.
Sofie Hvitved is an associate Partner and Special Advisor within Media & Technology at the Department of Futures Studies, where she works at the crossroads between media, data and entertainment and technology and among other things leads the project Future Nordic Media Landscape 2030. She is herself from the media world, with a solid strategic background, including from DR Strategy & Project and as project manager for several years at the media conference New Media Days. She is also a partner in Mediehuset Luksus, where she has been a driving force for internationalization and digitalisation.
